Sign up now for a journey into the Flint Hills followed by a homemade Amish lunch of soups, breads and pies. The event offers 30- and 60-mile routes into the Flint Hills, as well as a 10 mile ride for families or less ambitious riders. Following the ride, lunch will be served and a short program will be held to honor Cookie.

Date: Saturday, April 21
Time: The 60 mile ride will start at 7:30 a.m., the 30 mile ride at 9:30, and the 10 mile ride at 11:00. Lunch will be served from 12:30 – 2:00.
Place: First Mennonite Church, 429 East 1st St, Newton, KS. The rides will start in the parking lot; lunch will be served in Fellowship Hall (the basement).

The cost of the ride is $10 for 10 milers; $30 for 30 milers; and $40 for the 60 milers. The price includes the lunch, sags and a water bottle. T-shirts are available for purchase for $15. for those who order one by March 30. A drawing will be held during lunch for five $50 gift certificates to Bicycle Pedaler in Wichita.
